Household flow Control Valve

Our FCV / NRV are manufactured from Food Grade SS 316 Stainless Steel and designed to provide water to every household in an equitable manner in accordance with the flow per minute distribution of water to each household calculated on the basis of the fixed PCD. The valves cannot be tampered by plumbers / fitter and water cannot be drawn above the rated capacity in flow rate per minute. Hence the water supply fixed by the Govt. will be distributed equally and save water. This also helps in maintaining the System Hydraulics. During non-supply hours the valve has a built in Non - Return function that prevents reverse flow of any contaminants in to the distribution system from the customer end. This function also prevents the installed water meter from turning in the opposite direction due to suction of air when water supply is stopped.

Integrated Saddle is a homogeneous product which includes a mechanical clamp saddle, integrated with SS316 flow control valve and a compression elbow / adapter injection moulded / welded / fused in one piece. Compression fitting is compatible with composite pipe (PE-AL-PE) used in Chhatisgarh. Our Integrated saddles are Wras Approve and tested as per BS 6920 for suitability of non metallic products for use in contact with drinking water with regards to their effect on the quality of water.

"From the time of Independence till 2019, only three crore households in our country had access to tap water. Since the launch of the Jal Jeevan Mission in 2019, five crore households were provided with water connections," he said.
"Today, water is reaching every household in about 1.25 lakh villages in about 80 districts of the country. That is, today's India has done more work in just two years than what was done in the last seven decades," he added.

Moreover, 5,07,41,042 (26.39 per cent) households have been provided with water connection since the launch of the Jal Jeevan Mission in 2019, according to the data.
Goa, Telangana, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu and Haryana have provided tap water supply to 100 per cent of the households.
Jal Jeevan Mission aims to provide safe and adequate drinking water through individual household tap connections by 2024 to all households in rural India.
